BlackBerries!!!
So, my mother-in-law always makes blackberry crips and they are so yummy, but I will admit that James and I get sick of them. We eat them all the time. Carolyn has told us its because she doesnt know what else to do with all of her blackberries. She has a huge garden of them in her back yard. On Sunday, I was over at their house and helped pick them and I swear it took us about 5 hours to pick them all. I now know wht we have so many crips! I have a whole knew love for those things. I gave her the idea that she should sell them and make a profit on them and so we have begun to sell them! So, if anybody wants to buy some awesome blackberries for $2.50 a container let me know!!! They are so awesome!!!!!!

SunFloWeRS!!
A long time ago, Jame's dad Nolan and I were discussing this AWESOME idea that we should put a row of sunflowers in his garden. They are my absolute favorite flower in the world and he knew that! Carolyn, James mom, was not too thrilled about the idea because they would get too tall and hang over and crush her peppers!! But, because Nolan loves me, he let me plant not only one but TWO rows of sunflowers in his garden! We have been watching them grow taller and taller and this is what they look like right now!!! But, unfortunately, they ARE about to crush the peppers. Sorry Carolyn! :-) I am now in charge of harvesting them and making my own Spitz! Now.. how do I make BBQ flavored ones?

Take me out to the BALL GAME!!
Sat night we all decided to go to the Dodger game and celebrate my Gramps. He NEVER missed a Dodger game on tv. NEVER!!! So, we went and indulged in Dodger dogs and garlic fries! It was so fun. It was so fun to be together. It was James first Dodger game ever! I am from LA so thats what we used to do all the time when I was little. It brought back so many memories. And even though it was kinda a sucky game, it was so fun!!!! Peyton got a Manny wig and we were all jelouse. lol

In Loving Memory
On Saturday August 1, 2009, my Grandpa Mark past away. He had been sick for a long time, but no one was able to catch it. He had Myeloma, which is cancer of the bone marrow. It happened so quicky, that we found out Friday morning that he even had cancer and he passed away on Sat afternoon. We love him and will miss him so much. I can honestly say he was the best man I have ever known in my life. We have been in Southern California since Sunday morning. It has been great to see my family and talk about what a wonderful life my Grandpa had. It has been hard, but I know that I will see him again. And I know he is looking down on me and smiling. I appreciate everyones love and support.
